Das Werbefrei-Abo „Hit-Dino werbefrei“ kostet 2,99 € pro Monat oder 24,99 € pro Jahr, jeweils einschließlich gesetzlicher Umsatzsteuer. Verkäufer ist unser Zahlungspartner Paddle.com Market Ltd. (Merchant of Record); Paddle zahlt Erstattungen auf das Zahlungsmittel zurück, mit dem du bezahlt hast. Ergänzend gelten Paddles Käuferbedingungen (Buyer Terms).

1. Widerruf innerhalb von 14 Tagen

Als Verbraucher kannst du den Vertrag innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Vertragsschluss ohne Angabe von Gründen widerrufen. Du bekommst dann den gezahlten Betrag zurück. Hast du verlangt, dass das Abo schon während der Widerrufsfrist beginnt, kann ein anteiliger Betrag für die Zeit bis zum Widerruf abgezogen werden. Die Einzelheiten stehen in der Widerrufsbelehrung.

2. Kündigung

Monatsabo: Kündigst du, läuft das Abo bis zum Ende des bezahlten Monats weiter und endet dann. Für den laufenden Monat gibt es keine anteilige Erstattung.

Jahresabo im ersten Jahr: Kündigst du im ersten Jahr, läuft das Abo bis zum Ende dieses Jahres weiter und endet dann, ohne anteilige Erstattung.

Jahresabo nach dem ersten Jahr: Danach kannst du jederzeit mit einer Frist von einem Monat kündigen. Den bereits bezahlten Betrag für die vollen Monate nach dem Ende des Vertrags erstatten wir dir anteilig über Paddle (AGB Nummer 5).

3. Weitere Fälle

Doppelte oder fehlerhafte Abbuchung: Wurde versehentlich doppelt oder falsch abgebucht, erstatten wir den zu viel gezahlten Betrag.
Technische Mängel: Funktioniert die werbefreie Nutzung nicht und können wir den Fehler nicht beheben, gelten deine gesetzlichen Rechte (AGB Nummer 10).
Konto löschen: Löschst du dein Konto, endet ein Web-Abo zum Ende der laufenden Laufzeit; eine Erstattung gibt es nur in den Fällen oben.

4. So beantragst du eine Erstattung

Widerruf oder Kündigung über unsere Seite „Verträge hier kündigen“ (ohne Anmeldung, mit Bestätigung per E-Mail),
per E-Mail an backoffice@innergenius.de mit der E-Mail-Adresse deines Hit-Dino-Kontos, oder
direkt bei Paddle über den Link in deiner Kaufbestätigung bzw. auf paddle.net.

Wir prüfen Anträge in der Regel innerhalb weniger Werktage. Die Gutschrift auf deinem Zahlungsmittel kann je nach Zahlungsart einige Tage dauern. Mit der Erstattung endet das Werbefrei-Abo sofort.

Ein über Apple gekauftes Abo erstattet nur Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com).

Refunds

The “Hit-Dino ad-free” subscription costs €2.99 per month or €24.99 per year, each including statutory VAT. The seller is our payment partner Paddle.com Market Ltd. (merchant of record); Paddle pays refunds back to the payment method you used. Paddle’s Buyer Terms also apply.

1. Withdrawal within 14 days

As a consumer you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of concluding it without giving reasons. You then get the amount paid back. If you requested that the subscription start during the withdrawal period, a proportionate amount for the time until the withdrawal may be deducted. Details are in the withdrawal policy.

2. Cancellation

Monthly plan: If you cancel, the subscription continues until the end of the paid month and then ends. There is no proportionate refund for the current month.

Yearly plan in the first year: If you cancel during the first year, the subscription continues until the end of that year and then ends, without a proportionate refund.

Yearly plan after the first year: After that you can cancel at any time with one month’s notice. We refund the amount already paid for the full months after the end of the contract proportionately through Paddle (terms of use, section 5).

3. Other cases

Duplicate or incorrect charge: If you were charged twice or incorrectly by mistake, we refund the amount overpaid.
Technical defects: If ad-free use does not work and we cannot fix the error, your statutory rights apply (terms of use, section 10).
Deleting your account: If you delete your account, a web subscription ends at the end of the current term; refunds are only given in the cases above.

4. How to request a refund

withdraw or cancel on our page “Cancel contracts here” (no sign-in needed, confirmation by email),
by email to backoffice@innergenius.de with the email address of your Hit-Dino account, or
directly with Paddle via the link in your purchase confirmation or at paddle.net.

We usually review requests within a few business days. Depending on the payment method, the credit to your account may take a few days. The ad-free subscription ends immediately with the refund.

A subscription bought through Apple can only be refunded by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com).

The German version is legally binding.
